Stunning jungle setting with great pools, but dining was a letdown

The resort grounds are beautiful, and the spacious rooms in the middle of the jungle give a great atmosphere. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The two pools have breathtaking ocean views, and visiting during the low season meant it was very peaceful and great value for money. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The location is very isolated with almost nothing within walking distance, which made the poor restaurant food very frustrating. Lunch and dinner were disappointing, orders took forever, and cocktails were hit-or-miss depending on the barthender. The room wasn't clean enough and had an excessive amount of bugs and geckos (even for a jungle resort), and parts of the property felt a bit under-maintained...

Best hotel ever, incredible service and facilities island is pretty and very quiet (8000 habitants) so you get the very peaceful lifestyle

Relaxed vacation in a beautiful island resort

The villas with private pool were amazing!! Clean, Super comfy beds, Great outside bath. Amazing breakfast with huge variety and everything is fresh. The main pool is also great, with beach bar, nice restaurants in the village. The atmosphere is calm. Great beach, with Kayaks provided. Highly recommended for relaxed and peaceful vacation

Tout. La végétation incroyable, l'intégration parfaite dans une nature très préservée et vivante (contrairement au célèbre presque voisin Anantara qui fait tâche dans le paysage), l'aménagement et la déco de la villa, la piscine principale incroyable, la vue, le personnel conforme au meilleur standard thailandais (c'est tout dire), le petit déjeuner (à l'exception de la critique ci-dessous). A noter que nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.

dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner, mais c'est anecdotique

Schitterend resort

Prachtig resort, personeel is erg vriendelijk en niks is teveel, doen alle moeite om je te helpen. Erg ruim gebouwd, je zit niet direct naast je buren. Het ontbijtbuffet is 12/10, beste ontbijtbuffet wat ik ooit heb gehad, zeer ruime keuze en alles is vers. Transfer geboekt bij het hotel, voor de terugreis naar Phuket Airport en deze was uitstekend geregeld.

Enigste puntje van kritiek: de prijzen voor de lunch en het avondeten, ik denk dat je meer mensen trekt als je deze wat gelijker trekt met alles wat buiten het hotel ligt. Dat het duurder is, prima, maar het prijsverschil was wel erg veel. Daarom zag je ook veel mensen buiten het hotel eten.
