JyrkiMatkusti yksin · Oct 15Vihreä keidas ns paremmalla alueella lentokentän lähellä. Viihtyisä ja tasokas yleisilme. Erinomainen allasalue. Viihtyisä huone ja poikkeuksellisen mukava vuode.. Hyviä ravintoloita, hyvä aamiainen, monipuolinen iso kuntosali. Hieronta todella hyvä. Jatkuva alueen ylläpito näkyy. Ystävällinen ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Kuljetukset lentokentälle ok.
Kaikki liikkeet kaukana, eli apteekki, vaatekaupat, päivittäistavarat noin vartin ajomatkan päässä ja ilmn autoa hankalaa.

Из минусов - долго ждать такси, еда в основном ресторане было невкусная. Не выдают дополнительно воду, очень странно учитывая расположение отеля, приходилось покупать в ресторане за 25бат маленькую бутылочку

On this trip I became ill with a kidney problem and the hotel staff were amazing, helping me with access to the hospital, calling to check up on me and helping me move baggage and items from my room. Service like this always makes a hotel stand out and I thank them all. Didn't get to play golf obviously, which is a shame.
Nothing of note to comment on. All good with the stay.

We were in the largest and most expensive room - two bedroom suite. Upon check-in, the hot water was not working in either bathroom. In addition, the lights in the main sitting room did not work because a fuse had broken prior to check in. The staff ought to check these types of functions prior to occupancy. In addition, of three room service orders, the orders were missing an item each time. As a repeat client who has had much better experiences previously, this was not a stay I would like to repeat.
