空调巨吵无比，工作人员来维修了还是很吵，制冷效果不佳，早餐种类极少，不推荐含早餐。
LaurenMatkusti ryhmässä · Oct 13We booked three rooms for 4 nights and all of them were fabulous. Each room had lovely furnishings and were so clean. The location of the property was great and it was easy to walk to lots of other parts of Chiang Mai. The staff were so friendly and helpful and assisted us with booking tours and transport. The pool was great and lovely to sit by for relaxing. We had an amazing stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend this hotel to others.

El personal muy poco atento, además el horario del inicio del desayuno es muy tarde, para los turistas que deben salir temprano , y tampoco entregan una box lunch.

No lift but it's ok.

Internet was bad in our room. Our 2nd room had great internet strength, The 2nd room also was noisier.

Hotel muito acolhedor, muito giro, muito bem decorado e a vegetação deu um ar ainda mais agradável. Ótima piscina no pátio principal com a vegetação a volta ficou muito giro e, acolhedor e agradável.

Onaangekondigd en ook niet medegedeeld zijn er oorverdovende restauratie werkzaamheden in kamers gaande. Gevolg is extreem geluidsoverlast en een chemische stank. Ik was helaas ziek geworden en moest daardoor overdag slapen. Dat ging niet. Meerdere keren gevraagd tot hoe laat de werkzaamheden zijn. Tekens een leugen als antwoord. Uiteindelijk nadat meerdere gasten het hotel verlieten en mensen boos werden is het gestopt. Ik heb wel, heel attent een fruitmandje gekregen. Ze noemen het een resort maar alles is zo op en in elkaar gepropt dat het niet resort waardig is. Rust kan je hier niet vinden.
