Tekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall favorable: many guests loved the beachfront setting, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, though occasional issues with rooms and breakfast affected some stays.

Siisteys7,5
Mixed comments: several guests praised cleanliness and room servicing, but a few reported unpleasant smells, flies and dated feel in some rooms, lowering the score.
Palvelu9,0
Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, helpful and proactive (greeting guests, arranging motorbike hire); a small number of negative staff experiences reported but overall service is a strong point.
Sijainti9,2
Very strong: multiple reviews highlight beachfront position, great central location and easy access to beach and pool areas.
Huone6,8
Several guests reported dated rooms, hard beds, bathroom issues (wet floors, shower problems) and a need for refurbishment in places, resulting in a below-target score.
Mukavuudet8,7
Good amenities: pools, beach bar/café and organised services (e.g., motorbike hire) are appreciated; suitable for short stays though activities may be limited for longer stays.

Generally positive value perception with recommendations noting good price/quality; isolated complaints (e.g., small disputed charges) temper the rating slightly.

Coconut Beach Resort

Siisti bungalow rannan ja altaan välittömässä läheisyydessä. Aamupala kohtuullinen.

Pidempiaikaiseen oleskeluun aktiiviteetit käy vähiin

Everything perfect. Clean and well maintained villa just a few steps from the beach. Location is good, private but just a short walk to 7-11 and a couple of restaurants, street food and shops. Breakfast excellent with range of dishes in buffet. Hotel restaurant recommended too, delicious food and not overpriced, also happy to cater for vegetarian, just ask for no animals. I will definitely book here again for next Koh Chang trip 😀

Nothing to dislike here.

房間會來打掃，更換備品。遇到飯店人員會主動打招呼。

服務人員態度非常良好，早餐很滿意可以看海景。

Nice location on the beach

Nice hotel location, very helpful and friendly staff, the beach bar and Cafe was a nice place to sit and have a coffee or cocktail. Nice swimming pool. Hotel staff organising a Motorbike hire company, to drop off and pick up which made the holiday a lot easier

Only 1 small item, we didn’t like the shower, Rose had made the whole bathroom floor wet, but overall it’s only a small item

Een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar je graag terugkomt

Een fijne plek aan het strand waar je kunt zwemmen. Het resort is mooi ingericht maar niet over de top en de staf is ontzettend aardig en gericht op klant service

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Alleen jammer dat niet op alle dagen een buffet kon worden geboden. Het alternatief was prima maar niet zo uitgebreid en heerlijk als het buffet op de andere dagen
