The restaurant was at times closed without any notice or I would enter and be ignored.

No chair or table in the room, if you wanted a tea or coffee you had to sit on the bed to drink it. Internet kept going off if you were doing anything on a laptop it would work for a while then go off which frustrated me, toilet and shower and wash basin were all in different rooms, if you used the toilet you then had to go to the bedroom to wash your hands as the wash basin was in this room, if you went for a shower you went in a different room again, i noticed some rooms were better than others. I was probably in one of the cheap ones , would not use this hotel again although the staff were friendly

If I really had to find a fault it is that there is only one lift, resulting in considerable wait times on occupancy

2nd time we have been staying when multiple buses check in ( business conference maybe) and it makes very crowded for breakfast and check in and out.

Ich und viele andere Gäste haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es "mit Balkon " anbietet. Vor allem, um - wie in Thailand fast überall üblich - rauchen zu können. Die Balkone in diesem Hotel sind aber gar nicht nutzbar..Rauchen verboten, keinerlei Möbel und die Klimaaggregate hängen auch noch auf den Balkonen. Das Hotel hat 8 Etagen und einen einzigen Lift bei 200 Betten..das bedeutet unendliche Wartezeiten. Der Wasserdruck ist völlig unzureichend..ich war in der 5. ETAGE und es kam kaum Wasser. Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch..nur Toast und eklige, künstliche Marmelade, billige Tütensäfte und lauwarmer Kaffee aus Kannen..kaltes Rührei. Sonst nur warme Speisen für asiatische Gäste, keinerlei Käse o.ä. Die Räume sind zwar sauber, die Möbel aber defekt, kaputt, abgewohnt..max. hat dieses Hotel 2 Sterne verdient, niemals 5

ทีวีไม่ได้อยู่ในห้องนอน ต้องนั่งโซฟาดูทีวีทำให้ไม่ค่อยสะดวกสบายเท่าไหร่ ห้องน้ำมีความชื้นมากน้ำไหลนองหลังอาบน้ำพื้นเปียกมีกลิ่นเปรี้ยวชื้นๆ
