PatriciaViaggio in solitaria · Sep 17La habitación era muy amplia y estaba todo limpio. Pese a estar en Phuket, se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y eso se agradece si solo estás de paso. El personal muy amable en todo momento y me ayudaron con todo.
El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. Algunas cosas necesitaban algo de mantenimiento, como una mano de pintura en algunas zonas de la piscina

RainerViaggio in famiglia · Apr 19Sehr ruhige Lage in Rawai. Alle Läden fussgängig erreichbar. Sie verleihen Roller um an die Strände zu fahren. Der Pool ist klein aber tief. Und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.
In der Nachbarschaft haben sich Russen sehr laut daneben benommen.

The pool itself is thoughtfully designed, offering both more relaxed areas and deeper sections for those who wish to fully immerse themselves. The room is generously spacious, featuring an exceedingly comfortable bed dressed in immaculate, high-quality linens and complemented by a superb orthopedic mattress. The shower is equally delightful, and every element within the room is in flawless technical condition. The entire space exudes comfort, care, and a remarkable standard of upkeep—truly, impeccably maintained in every detail. In short, it is a place of rare comfort and quiet elegance. As well the most important aspect of this place—indeed, I would not call it merely a detail, but rather its very essence—is the staff. In particular, I would like to single out an extraordinary woman: a consummate professional with the kindest of hearts, an impeccable command of English, and an unwavering readiness to resolve any issue and offer assistance at a moment’s notice—the manager named Nipha!!! She is a truly outstanding manager, capable of solving any problem in remarkably short order. She is always present, and each interaction with her is marked by patience, understanding, and the highest level of professionalism. To be entirely honest, people of such caliber are exceedingly rare. For this reason, I believe that no one who visits this place could ever forget her. I am convinced of this, because anyone who has had the privilege of dealing with such a professional would remember her for a lifetime. Amazing!

DeaVrmViaggio in famiglia · Mar 13Pool was well kept but a bit warm. Nevertheless it was great. the water jets were working and water was clean. Rooms were big and had everything you needed. they cleaned them every 2 days which was maybe a bit much but delightful. the location is also great.
in one of the bigger room on the second floor you could hear the downstaris doors closing. it only bothered when the downstairs neighbours were up longer.
