in our room there was some problem with the hot water during night, but the gril from the receptions provide us a very quick solution, the day after, they fixed the heater but then during the night it was making a lot of noise and we could not sleep well because of that

Other than the Vietnamese dishes, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Coffee is tops!

PelladeauViaggio in solitaria · Sep 14Un petit hôtel à taille humaine avec beaucoup de charme et dans une rue calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et prêt à vous aider. Des chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt varié avec des produits locaux et change tous les jours. À deux pas du MTR et du BTS, avec beaucoup de restaurants et de bars autour. Proches des centres commerciaux.
Si vous souhaitez vous déplacer à pieds pour visiter les lieux culturels phares de Bangkok, l'hôtel est plutôt excentré. Mais vous y serez rapidement avec le métro et la Skyline. Malgré la propreté et le soin du personnel, il y aurait quelques petites améliorations à apporter dans l'entretien de l'établissement et du matériel dans la salle de sport. Mais rien de bien grave.
KeikoViaggio di coppia · Sep 12全体的に清潔で部屋はスーツケースを広げるには充分すぎる広さで、朝食も充実していました。最上階のプールとブランコスペース、使う時間はありませんでしたがきれいなジム、小腹がすいた時のスナックコーナーは本当に助かりました。ミネラルウォーターのサービスも有り難かったです。コインランドリーも容量が大きい洗濯機、乾燥機だったので、一度で洗濯できてよかったです。 スタッフの皆さまも大変優しく安心して過ごせました。
強いて言えば、シャワーの温度調節が難しかったことですが、これは現地駐在の方のご自宅も同様とのことでしたので、ホテル自体の問題ではないのかなと思います。
