The peace and the ambiance, lovely grounds, breakfast was good for us, the breakfast staff were excellent as breakfast was cooked to order as we were the only people there on the 16th april. Big thank you for the staff.

The swimming pool had a layer of scum on the top, needs cleaning more regulary, the children only used it once in 4 days instead of using it every day.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. His service is exceptional.

The hot shower wasn’t working. The ac remote was out of battery. There were many group outings and they party very loudly and drunk. I couldn’t sleep at all.

The resort did not march the pictures on booking. Com and it was much largercthan i expected

The chalet was a bit tired rusty taps no tv no internet in the room

The only thing that was nice was just outside the room was a pool.

the standard that I saw in the pictures.That was completely different for a deluxe room we got there. I specifically requested the double bed. Normally, you get a super king. This was a standard bed, and they pushed the single bed next to it. But the sheets were not made for a big bed. The kettle the gave us. It had been moved from another room 215 we were in 213 because the tray said it was from 215. And it was a 3 pin plug, but 2 pinned on the wall. So you could not plug it in. I have to move it to the other side of the room and sit on the floor so they only 3 pin plug wall socket There was only one milk, two coffees sachets and no tea bags for a person that doesn't drink coffee, that's no good. An annoying thing was, there was no bedside light switch. It was on the far side of the room near the door you had to switch all the lights off there and then go back in the dark to your room. Missleading slightly with the pictures as it shows what looked like.There was a restaurant, but there was no restaurant for evening.Meals on the complex, we actually had to get in the car and drive to the neighbour one we were told, but in the morning for breakfast that we paid for was across the pond The overside astonished to say that nobody took notice of anybody walking in. So although I paid for it, I was not challenged anybody walking off the street could get a free breakfast. Although to be fair it wasn't brilliant. Most of it was quite cold, not much of a choice i had done a video but to seem to have the option to upload videos.Just pictures

No WiFi in the villa rooms, extremely outdated

Belle piscine et tres bon petit déjeuner. Très calme

Literie un peu dure, le bungalow etait un peu isolé. La porte de la douche etait cassée.

Good location and easy to get.

Outdated bungalow and facilities, moldy on curtains, water dripping from the AC and no wifi connection to the bungalow area. Swimming pool full of green algae.
