To be honest, it's not "That bad" just that the price will be = to the condition. For a short stay then it's worth it. If u ask me will I return to this hotel? My answer would be why not? It's quite convenience to travellers due to the location of the hotel. Walkable range and convenience store at 2 min walk distance. If the hotel management willing to conduct some renovation, then it would even better.
Only with basic facilities and only 1 lift available
My booking on 8th September 2018 was being revert to the other hotel without my concern. The other hotel that was being appointed to me was not close to the actual stndard for the room that ive been booked before. The night staft also was not friendly as they took forever to gave my refund as they asked me to return to their property tomorrow. As my plan was ruined for the whole night cause at 11pm I need to search for another room for my family to stay for that prticular night. The room that has been appointed to me was a terrible room as the floor was dirty and the room a bit creepy. I am not recommed this prticular hotel to the traveller. Poor service and lack skill of understanding the customer’s thought. They also cant really speaks English and I dont understand Thai language. Overall, poor service and i wont coming back to this hotel anymore.
Wi-Fi internet connection is very poor and most of the time no internet at all.
very good in customer service, other than that I'm did feel good for this hotel, it was too far from the city. When I back to hotel ,I'm been lost 2 time.
Hotelnya baru caj dan bilik sangat bersih，perkerja di hotel semua service bagus .
When I step into the room, the floor was dirty. The condition of bed about 40% well. Unsatisfied with this hotel.
Room was ok in hotel centrally located. Nothing much in direct vicinity. MacDonald's a 500 m walk away. Dim Sum around the corner. Breakfast was a set menu with thinnest slices of tomato and cucumber that I have ever seen. Rubbery eggs.
Room phone faulty thru'our my stay (14days). Showerhead faulty. Repaired aftsr my 12th days stayed.
It is a great location with many choices of local food by just few minutes walk.
