AnselViaggio di coppia · Feb 12It’s a beautiful property on the Bay of Thailand just outside of Cha-am. Not the easiest to find, but after you’ve discovered the location it was pretty easy after that. The staff was very accommodating. They didn’t speak much English, but we did manage to communicate effectively anyhow. They’re very kind and patient people. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying themselves. After just a few days, we were completely relaxed in our own little villa with our own little pool and the beach being almost completely empty for several miles was quite incredible. There are lots of birds chirping and it’s very very quiet. If you’re looking for a five star luxury location this isn’t it but it is a solid four star location for everything as stated above. I’ll definitely come back and I’ll stay longer next time.
It's a bit far from town. I would recommend that you either rent a small motorcycle or come in the car. It's about a 10 minute drive to town.

This property have some problem about their business integrity. We booked a 3-bedroom house for family but they arrange separate house which is not booked and the staff admit that the owner had already rented the original 3-bedroom house to another customer who booked directly with them. The check out time in booking policy is 12.00 a.m. but the staff inform check out time is 11.00 a.m. (as written paper on wall)

BenteViaggio in solitaria · Jan 14What a lovely place! I really loved every minute I stayed there. So nice cabins, great beds, and so close to the beach and so peaceful! The staff was so nice, and I loved the 2 cafees in walking distance.
Hard to communicate since no one among the staff or in the cafes speak English. Also, it was challengig to find a taxi. It could be smart to buy food and something to drink before you come since it is only the 2 cafees in walking distance.
AnnieViaggio di coppia · Dec 2The property is quiet and relaxed, and having a private pool was amazing. The beach is only a few meters away, and there are two small cafes within walking distance. Food can be ordered through a delivery service, and their selections are varied and nice. Staff don't really speak English, but if you're ready with google translate there are no issues. Staff are super friendly and nice! In the evening you can see large fruit bats flying around the beach, and there are a lot of birds in the area.
The locations is a bit out of the way, so it's a good idea to rent a car or a motorbike. Grab isn't available either, so be aware of this when planning.

As a solo traveller with no transport I hadn't realised how far this place was from pretty much anything .nearest 7/eleven is only 4 mins by car but 47 mins walking.....transport is a must There is no bar/restaurant on site although there is cafe a short walk away which was unfortunately shut at time of visiting
