PangViaggio in famiglia · Jun 4I like the hotel strategic location, right at the center of the city
1. Bad WIFI cover, line totally unstable and couldn't managed to get a proper stable connection 2. Poor parking facility, car can enter but difficult to exit due to blocked passage & need to part at sister Mandarin hotel
Yew LamViaggio di gruppo · May 30centrally located
Was put up in the top floor where the room is old, faulty toilet sink and a non-working TV. Requested for a room change for the 2nd night and was moved to a renovated room on the lower floor
YAPViaggio in famiglia · May 10Renovated clean.
No hot water and no electric cattle to boil water.
Sergei ZhilinViaggio di coppia · May 8Отличный отель.
ChanViaggio di coppia · May 4Location
1. Hot water not flow consistently 2. Room sound proofing not so good
Kar Kin Ng Yee ShunViaggio in solitaria · May 4地點非常好
YannickViaggio in solitaria · May 3Ideally located in the center of Betong. Spacious room. Friendly staff.
Could be good to inform that the pool is under renovation
Mohamad SyafiqViaggio di coppia · May 2Love this space of room unit and easy access to town
No lift to the parking level
LohViaggio di coppia · Apr 20Great experience especially booking was for Songkran which rooms were limited. I was facing some credit card issue at the counter which the reception was helpful to allow time for me to resolve my credit card issue while allowing me to check in first. (of course my passport is kept with the reception as their normal procedure with all customers) Grateful for the service and hospitality.
The bathroom shower can be improved as water temperature and pressure kept fluctuating.
