One of the beds was really hard so I slept on the couch, other than that was very happy.

I had to pay 200 but for block toilet. It took 3 days to get a cable so I could watch TV.
MAXViaggio in solitaria · Jan 13The stay was peaceful. The location was very good, no noise, not far from Phuket, a very nice town. Except for the last two days, I had a neighbor above me who kept arguing with his girlfriend, a bit noisy.
I couldn't cook; there was only one knife for two people and a little bit of equipment. I didn't see any staff during my stay.
KoryViaggio in solitaria · Sep 27Cons: I couldn't sleep the entire night or breathe properly.. I kept tasting a chemical and struggled to breathe on this bed. After several hours like this, I uncovered the bed to find mattress topper and cover stained and filthy on both sides. The smell of bleach was very pungent and sickening. The bed smelled like someone had poured bleach on it to try to get rid of the blood and other stains. The pillows smelled like bleach. I sent him pictures of the bed condition. The owner's response was as if he had no idea that the bed was disgusting and not fit for a human being to sleep on. He denied the use of bleach on the bed mattress. He blamed me for being too sensitive and offered no concessions.He said he totally understood but offered nothing for my suffering. A couple thousand baths would have made the stay safe and easy if he had done the needful and replaced the mattress and bought new pillows after purchasing this investment property. Real hotels take care of such things. I left and went to a hotel run by Thai people to decontaminate from bleach exposure and get rest. I paid him the 750 baht cash for late checkout from being sick overnight from no sleep. Be careful here in Thailand. Some private hosts from abroad are here just to profit. Check the beds and pillows for cleanliness and bleach. Pure bleach is toxic and should be used diluted in a lot of water. It should not be put on undiluted on beds next to human skin and lungs for people to breathe while sleeping. That can not be legal. It was a very bad, unsafe stay.
