It was ideal for our family and would certainly recommend it to other friends coming to Khao Yai. The large open grass area was especially nice to have for the kids to run around
It was a great house and perfect for what we needed - but quite expensive for what it is (although we went during high season). Will definitely go back again with other families

Love the pool and the deck area where I practice my yoga first thing in the morning. The back garden is huge with a lovely backdrop of "PrayaYen" mountain. I have stayed in many places in Khao Yai but now it will only be Annie Villa. Notthing is too much. Super host. ❤️

KaiViaggio in famiglia · Jun 18Very beautiful villa with private pool, huge backyard and good facilities. Host is very friendly and helpful, always checking in to ensure we are comfortable. Security is good as well as the villa is within a guarded compound.
Some of the beds are not so comfortable.
SurinViaggio in famiglia · Jan 17Annie is an exceptional host. She is very kind, helpful and responsive. Her house is the most amazing accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, in a tranquil location, exclusive, clean, comfortable and exceeds our expectation. Annie has thoughtfully furnished her house with nothing in lack. There are even free bicycles for use. The pool, garden and the outside surroundings are very well maintained and immaculate. Inside, there is an large spa, three bathrooms/toilets, huge kitchen fully stocked, a television, a washing machines and other amenities. Annie provides balls, badminton rackets, table football and other games to keep the whole family entertained. Annie is always contactable. She readily responds in minutes to enquiries. She is truly an exceptional host that is extremely hospitable, who just strives to make her guests happy. If you want a memorable stay, I highly recommend Annie Villa.

HenriViaggio in famiglia · Dec 23Located in a gated community (called Paya) with guard access. Huge garden and big rooms. Modern. Parking in front of house. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Many food options nearby, from Thai to Western (Bangkok price levels). Big attraction is the Khao Yai national park within 15 min drive. Having a car is absolutely necessary; 3 hour drive from Bangkok. Helpful host, communicating via Line app. House sleeps 4 adults comfortably; more people can be stuffed in via mattresses on the living room floor and in the master bedroom.
Not quiet: dog concert every morning at 5AM plus construction work opposite the house starting at 6AM (7 days a week). Weak point are the bathrooms: low water pressure and only gets lukewarm.
