The room was spacious, and the facilities were good even if it was a bit on the dark side as all the lights were very soft. The amenities included mosquito repellent which was nice. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff was very helpful and nice. They provided fresh beach towels every day which was a nice touch. The pool area was very pleasant. The restaurant was nice if a bit on the pricey side. It's on a more quiet part of the island but it still has plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Good value for money and if it wasn't for one detail it would have been a 10 star stay.
They really need to update their air conditioning units. They work well in cooling the room but they are old and therefore extremely noisy. During the day it's bearable but at night it is impossible to ignore which is a pity because the space is very nice and relaxing otherwise. I'm not at all a light sleeper or someone whose sleep is easily disturbed by noises and the cacophony of ac units at night did affect my ability to fall asleep a little. Other than that everything else was incredible.

SteffiViaggio in solitaria · Sep 13Wunderschönes Resort mit gepflegter Anlage und tollen Bungalows. Der Strand ist wunderbar zum baden. Der Restaurant/Barbereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist wirklich unglaublich gut! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde sofort wiederkommen.

Rooms were very small and ac location in the room was not good it took some time to cool also there can be the provision of fans in the room. Also common bathrooms could have some ac or fan since it becomes very humid
peterViaggio di coppia · Sep 11Just back this week, 8 nights at Samui Paradise, we looking for somewhere a bit quieter on a great beach and this hotel delivered on both, southern end of Chaweng. Bungalow accommodation plenty of room and 10mtr to the pool and 20mtr to the sea. So clean and great food, amazing staff, we will be back.
Leaving at the end of our week.

Our room was next to a wall of air conditioning systems close to reception, which can be loud at night with a buzzing sound
