IakivViaggio di coppia · Aug 26Beautiful Villa & Great Location We had a wonderful stay at Royal Villa Canggu! The villa is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. We loved the elegant design, quality furniture, spacious rooms, and the beautifully maintained private territory. The swimming pool was definitely one of our favorite parts — perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent: shops and a pharmacy are just a short walk away, and the sea is only about 5 minutes away. A special thank you to the owners for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the beautiful view, the room facilities, and the amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, the front office staff were always helpful and professional, and the security team consistently greeted guests with warm smiles, which made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and appreciate the hospitality provided by the team. Thank you!
I only have one concern regarding the breakfast service. Although breakfast is available until 10:00 AM, some of the staff, both FOH and BOH, seemed to rush guests by cleaning the dining area well before the closing time. In particular, the staff at the egg station appeared impatient, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable while having breakfast. I would also suggest maintaining more consistent food quality from day to day, as there were noticeable differences during my stay.

The bed is much too firm for more than a few days stay. Terrible WiFi. Too slow for iPad or phone connection. We have unlimited data so the worst part was the gloomy very dimming lit bathroom. When looking in the mirror There are two dim bulbs behind you so your reflection is in the shadows but there is an accent light BEHIND the mirror. Go figure. I called the desk and complained and asked if the bulbs could be replaced. They sent a guy up, but but he said there’s nothing he could do. Room 1104

Ze hebben een shuttleservice van het hotel naar het ziekenhuis. 's Ochtends komt hij iedere 30 minuten en 's middags één keer per uur. Beter een taxi gebruiken.
