Not helpful staff, they are very strict. Also, bad value of money. After my check out from Waldorf Astoria, I moved to Courtyard by Marriott, they was around half the price and was really helpful staff.
MichaelViaggio in solitaria · Sep 13Very good location in the centre of Bangkok. Very personal touch and attentive service, especially by personal assistant Khun Yvette

NafisaViaggio di coppia · Sep 8Spectacular hotel — beautiful, clean with such a calming atmosphere and lovely fragrance throughout. From the suites to the pool, gym and spa, restaurants, and bar, everything was amazing and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, but gosh! Mon and May were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience that much more special. Highly recommend!
The walk in closet needs better lighting.
EdenViaggio di coppia · Sep 2The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and the complementary ride to the Airport was such a lovely gesture

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant, and every breakfast was absolutely perfect. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you to Nobel, the Duty Manager. Nobel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. He was always warm, approachable, and willing to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, we felt more like valued guests than just visitors. Hospitality is about making people feel at home, and Nobel does exactly that. He is a true asset to Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, and we sincerely hope his outstanding dedication is recognized. Thank you, Nobel, for making our trip so special. We are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

ManalViaggio di coppia · Aug 10The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to all the main attractions.
The service was very slow, and communication with the staff was quite difficult. The food options were also limited and lacked variety
