Riepilogo IAOverall very positive: many guests booked extra nights, praised staff and facilities (pool, villas), though isolated negative notes (cleanliness, remoteness) slightly tempered the experience.

Pulizia8,4
Mixed. Several guests praised rooms, bathrooms and the pool as clean, but at least one review reported unclean areas (dirty kitchen, ants), so cleanliness is slightly below the overall target.
Servizio9,6
Very positive. Multiple reviews highlight excellent, attentive and friendly staff, top service, and respectful personnel throughout the stay.
Posizione8,9
Generally calm and convenient for local activities, but several guests note it is somewhat remote from town centres and may require a car or taxi for nightlife/central areas.
Camera9,2
Positive. Guests describe villas as beautiful, spacious and comfortable (good beds, ample space), suitable for groups and families.
Servizi9,2
Strong. The pool, privacy and villa-style layout are frequently praised and seen as standout amenities for group stays.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,1
Generally positive; described as good value ('bang on the buck') and recommended for families and friends, matching the target overall rating.

No thing

The hotel is located far away, unclean, lacks peace and privacy, and has no private lounge or villa.

I highly recommend this hotel for families and friend trips.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The villas were beautiful and spacious. The pool was always clean and ready. The location was perfect from many activities around Phuket

No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes or paper towels to clean up small messes
