Buono · su 1067 recensioniRiepilogo IAMixed overall: attractive grounds, pools and location give a positive impression, but unresolved service failures (including theft handling) and cleanliness issues lowered the overall guest experience.
Pulizia5,5
Multiple reviews report poor room cleaning (towels replaced only once during long stay), a dirty private beach with trash, and at least one report of a smelly bathroom.Servizio6,5
Several complaints about unhelpful or slow staff: refusal or poor follow-through on camera review after theft, luggage assistance directed back to reception, inconsistent staff coordination during busy periods, and reports of rude reception interactions.Posizione9,0
Strong positive mentions: quiet, convenient location near the beach, many nearby local restaurants and easy taxi access; repeatedly called a great or good location.Camera8,0
Rooms described as spacious with balconies and generally satisfactory; isolated issues noted such as a bathroom odor in one review.Servizi8,0
Many pools, a garden and fish pool, and access to Alexa beach club are highlighted as positives; some communication issues about beach club inclusion and an extra fee for a DJ area were noted, plus limited parking.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,5
Multiple reviewers call the rates very reasonable and good value for money; overall the property is seen as good value despite some service/cleanliness drawbacks.Cibo e bevande8,0
Breakfast and buffet are frequently praised (several positive comments, including good Thai food), though a few reviews mention low-quality breakfast or limited restaurant hours/choices in the evening.

JessicaViaggio in famiglia · Oct 13Friendly staff and good location.
Some of the rooms and the back pool seem a little tired. The pools closer to the beach are excellent though.

A bit far away from the town.
fabianViaggio in famiglia · Aug 20The Pools are quite nice
Nobody care to clean the balcony, stuff unfriendly! As they renovate some areas , it was some times really noisy.
PhilViaggio in solitaria · Aug 12The pools were clean
Breakfast Food was cold and ran out of food one of the days
ThunyalukViaggio in famiglia · Aug 10There was so old and some stuff damage. - plug couldn’t use all of them - couldn’t flush the toilet (flushing was not great) - The hotel was dirty - It’s not worth to pay that price with this kind of hotel.
There were dirty and so many bugs. Lots of ants around the area. In the room, there were so many ants there. The play room got ants and cockroaches. No car park, if you take the car somewhere when you come back you won’t be able to find the car park.
TamirViaggio in solitaria · Aug 6Good quite location. Breakfast Very beautiful garden & fish pool. Many pools to relax and enjoy, including Alexa beach club. Nearby beach Good nearby local restorants.
The cleaning of the room was poor, we spent 15 nights and they replace towels only once. If you dont ask about Alexa beach club, you dont know its part of the hotel and that you can freely go there.
LanwongViaggio di gruppo · Jul 21Swimming pool and beach
Some valuable things were stolen at our bungalow and with the allowance of the police and the promise of the staff we could look on the cameras but the staff is too lazy to look and to let us know something, even after several calls and messages.
RobertViaggio in solitaria · Jul 16Lots of open space; nice trees and flowers; good pools
Low quality breakfast; impossible to get a late checkout - even if I pay for it
