Clemens R.Viaggio in solitaria · Oct 17The Suite: Exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The separate living area provided a lot of extra comfort compared to a standard hotel room. Room Comforts: The bed was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a definite must in October!). Facilities: The central pool area is fantastic, featuring plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere to relax. Location: Kamala is an ideal spot. It is peaceful and quiet, yet still only a short walk to Kamala Beach, local shops, and great nearby restaurants. Service: The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Breakfast: A wide, fresh variety of both Western and Thai options to start the day right.
While the walk to the beach is short, you do have to cross a busy road to get there.

Upon complaining they changed the room and it was good and clean. The staff was quick and even facilitated with an oven to warm up my child’s food. It was very calm and good stay.
They don’t have shuttle till beach

JennaViaggio in famiglia · Sep 14Passé un très bon séjour, le personnel en particulier était absolument adorable. Sympa en hors saison car prix raisonnable pour l'hôtel. Emplacement à 5min de la plage, piscine super pour les enfants.
Kid club un peu vieillot. Quand nous sommes arrivés (avec un bébé qui avait besoin de dormir) nous avons attendu plus d'une heure dans une chambre sans clim sans électricité, avec une très forte odeur, les techniciens ont essayé de réparer mais rien n'a marché, on nous a finalement changé de chambre. Ils auraient pu vérifier tout cela avant car nous étions fatigués, nous avions très chaud et notre bébé de 8 mois était mal. L'hôtel n'a pas fait de geste pour s'excuser.
DorisViaggio in famiglia · Sep 5I stayed here with my 5-year-old son and received a free upgrade along with access to the kitchen. The pool is beautiful and available to use even in the evening. The breakfast is huge, delicious, and offers plenty of options- including lots of vegetables and fresh fruit for vegans and vegetarians. The staff is extremely nice, I was given many bottles of water daily, and the cotton blankets are wonderful for sleeping well. Other guests were polite, and the kids' area was extremely welcoming. The location is perfect: Kamala Beach is nice, Cafe Del Mar is right across the street, and the affordable night market is easy to visit. I have already stayed here 5 or 6 times and will definitely return!

Hôtel loin d’être un 5 étoiles comme indiqué les chambres sont très anciennes ainsi que la literie les peintures sont défraîchies les serviettes de douche, piscine et les peignoirs sont avec des taches et trous ET POUR LE MOMENT IL Y A UN HÔTEL EN CONSTRUCTION JUSTE EN FACE DES CHAMBRES AVEC DU BRUIT JOUR ET NUIT CE QUE L’HÔTEL NE DIT

الفندق مافيه مصعد كل الطوابق تصعد لها بالدرج - الشقق فيها حمام واحد فقط و ضيق - الريوق بمكان خارجي غير مكيف ف بعض الايام يصادف الجو حار
