Anthony BasilViaggio di coppia · Oct 10Phan at the front door was a welcoming friendly face every morning. Truly appreciated. All up, all staff made our experience an exceptional one. I can't speak highly enough about this hotel and the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its high customer service, the location and the facility itself. Food selection at the restaurant was fantastic. The proximity to the MRT and shopping centres makes the hotel a standout location for ease of getting around the city. Excellent gym and an exceptionally clean hotel.
Please keep the garden beds free of cigarette refuse as you have done. This is a small but important attention to detail and important to non-smokers. You have already done well compared to many other hotels.
