Für den Preis war der Aufenthalt akzeptbel. Das Frühstück hat uns versöhnt.

Dass Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmach war etwas dabei

Der Pool war nicht benutzbar, was sehr bedauerlich war. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett lag der Dreck und den Gang sollte man auch saugen. Wo kommen die 5 Sterne her?

Wonderful value, tropical resort style hotel

Tropical resort style with comfortable, spacious rooms, delicious array of Chinese and Thai dishes, and wide range of facilities such as tennis courts and a pool. I loved the bathtub with a view in our room and large King size bed!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed while we were there. Most likely because of the recent flooding in Bangkok.

Lovely hotel, like a pskace

The staff, especially the breakfast sous chef and his team were amazing and pulled out all the stops to make our stay memorable. The food both Thai and European was exceptional. The reception rooms were grand and worthy of a Middle East palace.

The location is far away from any restaurants and shops, and public transport, and therefore taxis must be used all the time. This in itself is not a problem, as they are readily avaliable and cheap but it takes between 45 to 90 minutes to get into central Bangkok. The only dining option is the main restaurant with excellent choice of dishes well priced and delicious in very comfortable and grand surroundings. However every night we were treated to the sound of cats being strangled, as customers took part in Karaoke which was totally inappropriate for the surroundings, the noise is unbearable and completely destroys the ambience.

Close enough to immigration which is the reason I was in Bangkok . Good cafe, bar and restaurant with entertainment at night

Although the room was clean we did notice remains of a previous guests in some of the drawer spaces with opened crisp packets which put us off using these spaces.

Luxus und höchste Qualität am Stadtrand

Erstklassige, sehr schicke Ausstattung (mit grandioser Aussicht im Executive Doppelzimmer). Riesige, sehr saubere Anlage mit großem Pool. Großes Sportangebot. Fantastisches Frühstück. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend.

Bei der Lage so weit vom Zentrum entfernt, direkt am Mega-Highway (den man drin nicht hört), ist man zwar in einem Paradies, das aber leider abgeschnitten vom „echten Leben“ ist.
