Danielle_CViaggio in solitaria · Apr 19The pool was much appreciated! Huge room, with comfy bed and pillows. It's a small island, so the location is good enough to get everywhere quickly. The room itself was clean, and the staff provided fresh towels and water every day. The shower needs a better cleaning.
- Not a problem in itself, but for those with mobility issues, be aware that the guest house has steep stairs! - The lack of a shower shelf to place shampoo, etc. - A full body mirror would be much appreciated. - Bad lightning
AdolfoViaggio di coppia · Apr 14Close to the dock. Nice pool.
Sliding door to the outside didn’t latch or lock. I had to tie it off with my belt to keep people out. Staff didn’t bother to help at all with luggage even though they saw me struggling with 3 large bags. The guy just led me to the room while I dragged behind.
BrettViaggio di coppia · Mar 23Property was in a great location only a few minutes walk from the pier but also incredibly quiet. The pool was nice, we could access it directly from our rooms’s terrace.
Wi-fi was unpredictable. There was only one sun bed and nothing to sit on around the pool (our terrace was always shaded)
lauraViaggio di coppia · Mar 12Great location, great pool, 8 till 8 , massive room, fantastic staff.
Bed was old mattress very uncomfortable gave me a bad back.
MelanieViaggio di coppia · Mar 6Direct access to swimming pool, nice clean air conditioning rooms.

AliisaViaggio di gruppo · Feb 14The hotel is in center of Phi Phi and was easy to find. Walk from Pier was only few minutes. Hotel has nice pool and we stayed in room where you could go straight to the pool.
Room was’nt very clean, there was spider web and some fingernails on nightstand.. also there was mold in shower. There was bad smell so first thing we did was to keep doors open so the air would clear.
