Molto buono · su 446 recensioniRiepilogo IAMostly positive overall: many 'fantastic', 'amazing', 'could not fault' comments reflecting satisfying stays; some negatives (cleaning, building confusion, occasional staff issues) but the overall guest sentiment is strongly favorable.
Pulizia8,0
Mixed signals: many guests praise rooms as very clean/immaculate, but several reports note poor housekeeping frequency, unclean utensils, drainage smell and one report calling the place 'dirt'. Overall slightly above average but held back by housekeeping inconsistencies.Servizio9,4
Generally excellent: multiple comments about extremely polite, professional and helpful staff, reception staff described as amazing and friendly; a few isolated reports of uninterested staff but the prevailing sentiment is very positive.Posizione9,4
Strong positive: repeatedly highlighted as ideal for Fitness Street (gyms, massage clinics, healthy restaurants) and convenient to restaurants and pools. A minority found the location poor, but most reviewers emphasize excellent location for the target audience.Camera8,2
Generally good rooms with several mentions of nice or immaculate rooms, but recurring notes about older building vs. pictures, confusion about two buildings and occasional issues (makeup stain charge) reduce the score slightly.Servizi9,0
Positive mentions of rooftop view, pool and proximity/access to many fitness amenities; a few minor issues (gym could use fan/air con) but facilities and access are overall a strong point.Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,0
Mixed-to-negative: complaints about being overcharged for sheet stains, one guest preferring cheaper nearby options; several guests imply good value but notable negative incidents lower this rating.Cibo e bevande8,6
Limited but positive mentions: linked restaurant liked by guests and many nearby clean restaurants. Not heavily discussed, so rated at the target overall level with slight positive references.

JellaryViaggio in solitaria · Oct 8I liked that the room was neat and tidy when I arrived. The shower had the perfect pressure. Bed and pillows were comfy. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful. Location is at the fitness street and accessible to 7eleven and restaurants.
Nothing, that I could mention.

Place is dirt and location is terrible. Staff uninterested in helping on any issues.
ShahrzadViaggio di coppia · Jun 15Loved the room and the restaurant linked to the hotel
LaurynViaggio di coppia · Jun 4Good location one of the only hotels on fitness street. In walking distance of all of the gyms
Room & hotel building was old and not like the one in the pictures. We also didn’t realise there was 2 hotels and the hotel in the pictures is not the building we were staying in. Our room was in the older building, which was not clear when we were booking & had to go into the other building to use the pool etc. We were also charged 2.5k THB for makeup stains on the bed sheets which is ridiculous for pricing in Thailand (more than the price for 1 nights stay in the hotel) but when we said we can only pay card as we only had 2k cash, they said they would accept 2k and cannot accept card, how could they change the amount?
HamiltonViaggio in famiglia · Jun 3Reception staff were amazing! Room was nice, i recommend as a close hotel to fitness st.
