PaternainViaggio di coppia · Oct 13El personal muy amable y el acceso directo a la piscina genial. Como era nuestra luna de miel nos dejaron la habitación decorada
JeffreyViaggio di coppia · Oct 12Variety of cooked to order egg styles and side orders for beakfast as well as a continental buffet. Coffee lovers will be in nirvana with the expresso varieties. Most of the planet would be happy with the morning meals offered,
Only a billionaire would find any faults or complain about the amenities of this hotel.

DanielViaggio di coppia · Sep 3We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful and clean rooms to the incredibly dedicated and friendly staff. The team was always helpful, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and had a fantastic experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
AlexandraViaggio in solitaria · Sep 3it was gorgeous, clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very kind.
it is a hard 3PM check in. i asked if they had any rooms available and i was even willing to pay to check in early as i just came off of a 30 hour flight and they were basically telling me to just sit in the lobby until 3PM which at a 5 star hotel is less than ideal. there also were no showers open to all hotel guests which is the entire reason i booked this hotel. i was doing a day tour the next day that was in the jungle and i knew i would want to shower and never in my life have i stayed at a 5 star hotel that didnt have a shower open to everyone. i paid almost 9,000 baht for one night here and they wanted me to pay more to use to upstairs room to take a shower which is open to suite guests only. i am 24 and a solo traveler, i did not need to book a suite nor should i have to at a hotel of this level. the location also isn’t the best and they offer shuttles to the night shows but its one way.
Sharifah MasturaViaggio di coppia · Aug 25Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool with heated jacuzzi is also a plus. Upon check in, we were offered a complimentary afternoon tea, and they even gave us a parting gift when we checked out. Love that they have a dedicated halal menu.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
AlmirViaggio di coppia · Aug 21Clean, fresh and amazing staff
HumayunViaggio di coppia · Aug 16Loved the vibe of the hotel and the fact that we had a room connected to the pool.
It was a little further away from the old town
ChiakiViaggio di gruppo · Aug 15
