TINGWEIViaggio in solitaria · Oct 14
Kara DevonnaViaggio in solitaria · Oct 13Location. Great as a base with lots of food and night life options nearby.
Customer service was poor. I returned to my room late in the evening to shower. There was no water. In the morning, brown water came out. The sorry letter came under the door later. The morning on check out day, I asked whether I could have a late checkout. They said they cannot give me that. So I said that I'd check out by 12:00 as per normal checkout time. At 11:50 the reception called the room to remind me that I have to check out before 12:00 while I was busy packing. I find this unnecessary, especially given that hotel guests were inconvenienced by their water issue.

Stayed there twice, second time room price was much higher - still don't know why, but I should have payed more attention.
NaciiimaViaggio in solitaria · Sep 3Amazing hotel with good amenities. Located right in front of terminal 21. Staff was extremely helpful and house cleaning was very efficient. It was also very close to the metro I would recommend anyone to stay here once they arrive in Bangkok.
