The location is for me very good. Near to public transportation: MRT and the boat to the Mall. The Studio I had was very spacious and above all it was silent (no noise from outside nor from your neighbors) and clean. The ladies at the lobby were very polite and helpful.

My room had a moldie smell and the drain in the shower was clogged, so all the water stayed there for like 30 minutes. But the stuff was very friendly.

Pioneer43461176987Viaggio di gruppo · Feb 16The receptionist was terrible especially Ms. Chanikarn( night receptionist) even day time still terrible. The was warned out but still clean enough. Wifi okay hot water okay tv signal is good many choices of channel to enjoy. Last but not least the morning the electricity cut off around half hour and idk what’s happening
Everything, fantastic, quit place and all staff are very helpful, especially the reception and restaurant team, the House housekeeping are very professional, to clean, and easy to access restaurant around and have also 7/11 in da same building.
The room isn't very big but also not cramped for our family of four. The room's clean and the bed's huge. Staff are very friendly and nice and so accommodating. They have good parking spaces too. Very affordable hotel. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay.
