Excellent Location and facilities. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Location was perfect, only 5 minute walk to Pratunam Market, 15mins walk to Big C and Central World Plaza. 7 eleven are close by for all groceries shopping. And its a well know hotel/location so any Lazada or Grab delivery are easily managed.

The Tap in the wash basin needs to be upgraded.......

Nice staff. Good location. Good value for money.

I've stayed here many times with no complaints but definitely time for lots of the hotel to be serviced. Toilet, shower and old furniture. Still a great hotel and I will stay here again in the future but needs upkeep.
