Pulizia9,0
Generally clean; one mention of mosquitoes in the ground-floor dining area (hotel provided insect repellent).Servizio9,9
Consistently praised across reviews: staff described as extremely friendly, helpful and attentive (breakfast service highlighted). One comment noted a lobby-staff change that slightly reduced charm, but overall service remains excellent.Posizione9,6
Good location outside the old town and convenient for exploring; some guests reported aircraft noise at night which slightly affects location experience.Camera8,4
Rooms are comfortable with well-liked beds, but there was an instance of the air conditioner failing overnight and some rooms experience aircraft noise — mixed signals reduce this score.Servizi9,7
Strong amenities: 24-hour free water and coffee, thoughtful design and good overall facilities highlighted by multiple guests.Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,4
Standard quality for this hotel tier.Cibo e bevande9,2
Breakfast described as tasty though not extensive; breakfast service praised. Some negative notes about dining-area mosquitoes and occasional morning food smells.

During my stay, I was in room 503. On the last night, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so I could not rest well. I hope this can be checked and improved.

Lucinda MaeViaggio di coppia · Jan 20Breakfast was great, had everything that was needed. The room and view were excellent with unlimited complimentary cold bottled water. The staff were impeccable, you won't find a hotel with better staff service.
Open plan hotel meant that there were a lot of mosquitoes around in common areas (not in our room though). Location was a little challenging compared to a place we stayed at recently. A little harder to walk to Maya and around as the street its on is off a very busy road with little accessible paths.
