menasheViaggio in solitaria · Oct 14The room was clean and excellently organized, with many small items that give a great sense of guest pampering (like a toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swabs, a very good coffee kit, and more). The lobby staff was wonderful, both kind and professional, from the parking attendants to the receptionists. A hotel that offers excellent value for money, and even more.

There was constant loud noise in the room. Sleep was not peaceful and I am a light sleeper, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. During the day, whilst I was in the room for very short duration during the day, there were very loud thumping sounds.

Not enough lights in the room. In fact, no overhead lighting in the living area. Only one spotlight over baggage bench.

The breakfast hardly had any vegetarian options. Reception staff were generally not warm and friendly. Very few of them understood English and responded well The in-room dining as well had very few vegetarian options and the chefs taking order were not willing to customise to make it vegetarian.
