Great hotel and perfect location

The customer service, hotel location, and facility were great!

Would have been nice to have have a microwave, but the staff warmed our left over meals up for us.

Comfortable, clean well managed hotel with excellent facilities and a great breakfast buffet

Check in was very easy, the staff was all helpful and polite. Breakfast options were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. I ordered room service twice which was very tasty and well presented. The 26th floor terrace bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset from. The best discovery was their in house restaurant Peshwa. They had the most authentic and delicious bhakri, zunka, sabudana khichi and masale bhat! Unexpected bonus for a person from India!

Was an overall smooth stay. One of the best in bangkok. Great value for the price.

We had a hiccup with delivery of my bags to the room, but they jumped on it and made it a priority.

Завтрак отличный (1 день пребывания), тут без вопросов, огромный выбор, вкусные напитки.

В связи с ранним check out (2 день пребывания), я заказала завтрак с собой, который был ужасный, бутерброд на вкус был отвратительный, 2 яблока вместо бананов (на картинке при выборе), бокс был полон одних листьев салатов, как будто вегетарианцы только его и едят. И ещё от постели или матраса пахло сигаретами, хотя отель себя пропагандирует, как номера для некурящих.

It is a great hotel, maybe one of the best value for money 4/5 star hotels near asok/phrong phong.

The hotel feels a bit older, and some of the bathroom fittings are worn down.

The staffs were friendly and the hotel has a nice deco

For 2 days, they took the towel from our room without replacing it. Have to wait 30-45 minutes after that to get it replaced

הכל היה יוצא מן הכלל מלון על רמה גבוהה מאוד קרתה תקלה והתבטל לנו המלון שהיינו אמורים לעבור אליו והיינו צריכים להישאר כאן והם היו הכי מבינים ונחמדים שיש הם לא גרמו לנו לשלם קנס ושילמנו רק על הלילות שנשארנו עוד
