Riepilogo IAOverall positive stay for many guests thanks to location, room size and value; despite some service and cleanliness issues, the prevailing sentiment is that the hotel provides a very good experience for its price point.

Pulizia5,5
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms but at least one report described severe issues (ants and bedbugs) and some mentions of older bathrooms; overall cleanliness is inconsistent.
Servizio8,6
Generally helpful and friendly staff according to multiple comments, though there are isolated reports of rude check-in and communication difficulties which lower the score slightly.
Posizione9,4
Huge strength: repeatedly noted as very close to the Chabad centre, near Chaweng beach and central Samui — highly convenient for guests.
Camera8,6
Rooms are often described as spacious, comfortable and well-equipped; some minor issues reported such as an older shower, mechanical keys and an isolated electrical incident.
Servizi8,0
Pool and gym praised and useful beach access via sister hotel, but pool size and some facility limitations were mentioned.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,2
Many guests praise the excellent value and affordable price given room size and location; strong positive sentiment on price-quality balance.
Cibo e bevande6,6
Breakfast frequently criticized as light or not worth taking; F&B is a weaker area compared with other aspects of the stay.
