Buono · su 1022 recensioniRiepilogo IAGenerally positive due to friendly staff and excellent pool for stopovers, but experiences are frequently marred by cleanliness and room maintenance issues.
Pulizia4,0
Multiple reviews note dirty rooms, stained bed linen, clogged toilets, bathroom leaks and strong humidity/odors; cleanliness is a clear weak point.Servizio9,0
Staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful and welcoming; several guests specifically praise reception and attendants, despite one comment about absent staff.Posizione8,0
Very convenient for the airport and good for stopovers; some mention a scruffy back street location but overall proximity to airport is a strong positive.Camera4,5
Rooms are often described as old, worn and in need of maintenance (dark bathrooms, broken taps, damp smell, tired towels and furnishings).Servizi9,0
Pool and garden are repeatedly praised (described as excellent/top); pool is a standout amenity for many guests.Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,5
Mixed views: several guests call the hotel great value for a stopover, while others feel the condition of rooms does not justify the price; overall slightly above average.Cibo e bevande7,0
Food opinions are mixed — some guests enjoyed the meals, others found the breakfast limited or mediocre.

It is very dirty hotel, OMG you can't imagine .Pls reconsider your booking in this hotel.
PeterViaggio in solitaria · Sep 16Nice quite location
There was a problem with small ants crawling in two places on the fixed table section that's along the wall past the refrigerator and on the vanity in the bathroom. The toilet had dirt residue coming out of the cistern. Part of the shower floor needs scrubbing.
GiorgioViaggio in famiglia · Sep 14It's an excellent hotel near the airport. They have big family rooms, a nice pool, a reasonably priced restaurant and a 400baht airport transfer that waits for you outside your door even at 3am.
I wish the pool had a shallower area for the kids.
HayleyViaggio di coppia · Sep 12Pool was amazing and the gardens were immaculate. We can't wait to visit again :)
Kind of missed a buffet breakfast but it is no big deal, they had a menu.
