Fix the mould in the bathrooms, all it takes is a few hours in each room to cut out old mouldy silicon sealant and replace with new.
HannesViaggio in solitaria · Sep 9Leider merkt man, daß das Haus nun in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auf Reparaturen und Restaurierung wird kein Wert gelegt. 2 bis 3 Nächte o.k. - den Urlaub möchte ich aber nicht hier verbringen.
Kein einziger Mülleimer im Hotelareal, Steckdosenkontakte sind so abgenutzt, das die europäischen Stecker nicht halten, bzw.Ladegeräte nicht laden. Auch der Naßzellen vereich ist schon ziemlich gagga!

JimViaggio in solitaria · Aug 26The hotel breakfast was very good, and they were flexible about the amount you ate and the time you stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for the stay was pretty good - it wasn't overly expensive.
I first stayed in this hotel about 15 years ago, but since that time it has sort of become a bit run-down. Instead of renovations, the rooms seem to have been left in a slightly dilapidated state, and some of the furniture seems a bit cheap.

ParinazViaggio di coppia · Aug 18It is amazing. All the staff are brilliant and super nice and supportive except the ones in the kitchen. There was this lady who started this not very polite behavior and the day after they asked her to apologize, I caught her taking photos/videos of us. The moment I got her, she denied and tried to lie about it. But after I explained to the reception, they took care of it. They sent us gift along with apology letter ensuring they deleted everything on her phone. Honestly to me, the photos wouldn’t matter it was the behavior that was annoying. Yet, I am super happy with the management as they handled it in the best way possible and the gesture was so professional. So will I go back there, yes definitely . The breakfast was decent, they immediately changed the modem to give us the best internet option possible. The shower was good, room service was very good.
