Best Western Patong Beach

Great location, good size & very clean rooms, nice walk in shower & staff were friendly & helpful.

The Hotel is in Center close to all main roads , not a crowded area .. staff was very nice and helpful .. rooms are clean.. the hotel looby is open to street

I would like to thank Aksa at the reception for her excellent service. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm smile and positive attitude made me feel very welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Thank you, Aksa, for making my stay even more enjoyable!

Restaurant did not serve balanced range of food, largely Indian dishes. Large groups of Indian tourists who were very loud throughout the night preventing sleep. They did not respond to polite requests to keep quiet. I had to request a change in room. I was there for two weeks so this was a major impact. The breakfast buffet was largely indian and was not worth the cost. Lack of control of guest behaviour was very poor despite my numerous complaints.

soundproof need to develop as u can hear a noise from corridor and other rooms, عازل الصوت يحتاج الى تطوير و تسمع الاصرات نوعا ما في المنر او بالغرف الاخرى ولكن ليس لتلك الدرجه

يمكنك الاستماع الي حديث الغرفة المجاورة العزل معدوم وتشعر بانك في مكان الجميع يقوم بتجربة اغلاق الابواب يمكنني سماع اصوات الطاولات في نفس الدور او الادوار العلوية وكذلك الرائحة سيئة جدا والمنظفات رائحتها سيئة

حوض السباحه ف لدور السابع مما يجعل خصوصية جيدة للقاطنين بالفندق و الفيو من فووق جميل جدا
