+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am.
Room hot Air Con not working properly. Room only cool at nighttime. Weak shower. Room service good quality. Staff good
Great hotel which is a short cab ride away from the city centre. Rooms were amazing. Food options a bit limited but good all the same.

Perfect stay in Hat Yai. Very nice and friendly staff.
Property is nice place but to many housefly even in dining restaurant, slightly inconvenience to move about especially for people which are handicap
Nice place, city is not too far by car. Parking. Nice room not expensive. Also gymroom and pool.
Nice environment but abit out of nowhere.
Good location with ample parking space, near to highway, and not far from city center. Room is clean and reception staff are very friendly.
