Molto buono · su 3152 recensioniRiepilogo IAGenerally positive: many guests recommend the hotel for location, staff and value, though pool closures and occasional cleanliness/room issues detract from some stays.
Pulizia7,0
Mixed signals: many reviews note daily room cleaning and fresh towels, but several guests reported serious issues (stains, lingering odour, sewage smells) that drove the score down.Servizio9,2
Consistently praised: reception and staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and accommodating in multiple reviews.Posizione9,5
Very strong: location is repeatedly cited as a primary positive (close to entertainment, nightlife, bars and restaurants).Camera7,6
Mixed: rooms noted as spacious with good AC, but several comments about dated rooms, lumpy pillows, limited sockets, occasional lack of hot water and no kettle.Servizi7,9
Tarnished by recurring pool closure: pools are a key amenity but many reviews report the main pool closed for renovation; Wi‑Fi and other facilities receive mixed mentions.Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,0
Frequently highlighted as very good value: multiple guests explicitly state the hotel offers excellent value for its location and price.Cibo e bevande8,4
Not widely discussed: few direct mentions of F&B; assigned the target rating due to lack of consistent commentary.

Leigh958Viaggio in solitaria · Oct 8Excellent location as many restaurants, cafes, small open-air bars and shopping. Good transport with small ' bhat buses ' every 5 minutes during daylight hours. The Staff phoned for a bolt taxi to the airport at 4.10 am and it arrived within 10 minutes
The mattress was as hard as a concrete floor.
