People put there own music on with a box at the pool. Some people did not like that and left, staff did not say anything. Resort is to relaxe and not for drunk people at the pool.

The breakfast had everything, the fruit service at 3pm every day was a beautiful experience. With a room upgrade as well in the mix... and a special mention to the extensive fitness centre.

Great room condition, great pool, great staffs
My experience was excellent from start to finish. Wansa was very professional and I really appreciated her service. She stands out as the best employee with a friendly smile. Our stay at Twin Palms was fantastic; we have travel around the world, and the reception staff's customer service is the best we've encountered definitely a five start. Wansa made our stay smooth and enjoyable, always ready to assist and greeting us warmly when we arrived or left. coming back next year and going through booking with Wanda.
We spent 4 nights at this hotel and resort and loved every minute. Pisit, a concierge, looked after us the whole time and couldn’t have been more helpful. From booking us taxis to recommending places to visit, he made our stay so wonderful. All staff were friendly and the hotel room impeccably clean. The pool was lovely and warm and the food so fresh. Would stay here again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Twinpalms Phuket. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, so it was great for relaxing and enjoying some time at the resort. The room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. However, there were a couple of things that I found disappointing. The pool bar’s operating hours were too short, which made it difficult to enjoy in the evening. Also, I wish there had been more restaurants available within the hotel. Other than these points, I was very satisfied with the clean rooms and spacious pool, and overall, it was a nice place to stay and relax.
