Shoon Tint TintViaggio di coppia · Jan 24Avoid this hotel if you want your reservations honored. We booked a Suite three weeks early for New Year’s, but at check-in, they gave us a small Deluxe room. The staff was incredibly rude, essentially telling us to 'take it or leave it' because they were overbooked. Knowing everywhere else was full, they left us with no choice but to stay in an inferior room. Disgusting customer service and zero accountability. They ruined our holiday plans.And also there is no daily housekeeping.

การบริการไม่ค่อยดีแถมไม่มี service มาอีกต่างหาก พนักงานทำความสะอาดเอาผ้าเช็ดเท้ามาวางไว้บนที่นอน ห้องน้ำก็สกปรกมีคราบตะไคร่เต็มเลยแถมฝาชักโครกก็หักที่ห้อยทิชชู่ก็หัก ไฟในห้อง น้ำก็ติดแค่หลอดเดียวไฟห้องระเบียงก็ไม่ติด ทีวีก็เปิดไม่ได้ ถาดวางแก้วก็มีแต่คราบน้ำเต็มเลย

Do bts jest trochę daleko chyba że chce się komuś przejść albo wziąć graba
