The place is beautiful, green, well maintained and impeccably clean, with a wonderful sense of privacy and calm that makes it easy to relax. The staff are attentive and helpful, and a special thank you to Muay, who always takes amazing care of us. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more memorable. It's truly home far away from home.

AlanViaggio in solitaria · May 2The location is prime. Rent a scooter (at the hotel) and you can be north or south in no time. Long beach and other amazing sandy beaches are within walking distance. 7-11 is a 2 minute ride away and plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Super clean room and the lush tropical grounds are beautifully cared for. Outdoor shower is more modern than expected. Eco-friendly in every way. No plastic bottles or single-use containers here. Breakfast was very good. Nice buffet of fruits, salads, cereals, toast and yogurt. Coffee bar for cappuccino and other coffees and fruit juice. Plus an all you can eat ala carte menu...eggs, pancakes, waffles, omelets... But what really impressed me was the staff and management. From the helpful ladies at the front desk, the girls in the restaurant, the room and grounds keepers. Everyone was gracious, hard working and seemed proud of their property. I will return and recommend to family and friends.

Le service de lessive qui est un peu cher par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver ailleurs, l’eau de la douche trop chaude qu’on ne peut pas régler, et la présence de guêpes et d’un nid de 60x40cm environ sur l’arbre en face de notre chambre et qu’on nous réponde que c’est ok

Het bed in de Deluxe kamer is erg ruim, maar nogal stevig. Een soepel topmatras kan wonderen doen om een comfortabel gevoel te geven.
