The staff will go the extra mile to attend and make your stay comfortable and relaxe . The food and coc were amazing and great value... we're definitely going back next month 🙏

HoudaViaggio in solitaria · Aug 9There was some insects in the room - The AC facing the bed, literally a nightmare getting blown by the AC while sleeping. The receptionist not really welcoming, had attitude. Also I left the room and came back someone got in after and turn the AC off Location far from the main beach and there is stray dogs here and there. I would definitely not stay there for a second time

However, I had a bad feeling that someone had been in my room even though I hadn't ordered cleaning. I noticed that the air conditioner had been turned off even though I left it on when I left the room. I had also left a gold necklace on the table as soon as I arrived at the hotel and it was on the table the whole time. When I left, I didn't remember the jewelry, because it was no longer on the table when I packed my things. I only remembered this after I had already left. When I asked the hotel about the jewelry, they said they hadn't found it. There are no other options for the jewelry to disappear than the hotel room. This stay left an unfair impression.

The only negative we had was that our bed was way too firm for us.My wife, Sheri and myself are in our 70's and a softer matress is essential for our aging bodies. The staff did their best to help us with this. They installed a mattress type pad , however it did very little to help.

Personnel accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, très bon restaurant aussi, je recommande le poulet aux noix de cajou! Au calme au nord de l'île, loin de l'agitation (location de scooter nécessaire, à prévoir à l'avance avec l'hôtel, forte demande).
La salle de bain côté douche: on a les pieds dans l'eau pour aller aux toilettes ou utiliser le lavabo après la douche.
