Riepilogo IAOverall positive experience driven by unbeatable location and value, tempered by cleanliness, noise and some room quality issues.

Pulizia5,5
Mixed reports: some guests note cleanliness, but multiple mentions of dirty bathrooms, mold in showers, cigarette smell in some rooms and unpleasant corridor odors.
Servizio8,0
Generally responsive and friendly staff (helped with booking changes); however housekeeping can be slow and guests note lack of bellboy/room trolley.
Posizione10
Outstanding location — repeatedly praised for being right next to Bumrungrad Hospital, near BTS/Nana, many Arabic/Bangladeshi restaurants, 7-Eleven and currency exchange at the entrance.
Camera5,5
Rooms described as average/old with issues: some have cigarette odor, mold, poor bathroom ventilation and worn fixtures.
Servizi7,5
Basic useful amenities (small fridge for medicines, nearby 7-Eleven, exchange) but shortcomings noted: no room service, no luggage trolley and spotty internet.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,0
Considered good value by many guests, especially for medical visitors due to proximity to hospital and reasonable pricing.
Cibo e bevande7,0
Breakfast is provided and appreciated by some guests, though several comments indicate breakfast could be improved.

Perfect location to stay for a few nights after surgery at the hospital next door. My son had knee surgery and they upgraded us to a room that had better access for him, which was very nice.
