KennethViaggio di coppia · Oct 17The greatest asset of this property is the staff. We were really impressed with how everyone made a real effort to make our stay as best as it could be. There were four young men, Shine, John, Sai and Phyo who worked in reception and the dining room who were absolute standout. The four of them were all extremely personable, positive and friendly while still being very professional in their role. We really enjoyed our conversations collectively and individually. They are a credit to the resort. We stayed in the basic room of the resort however it was well appointed, with extra touches such as mosquito spray, welcome fruit and jar of biscuits. The view from the dining room and pool is fabulous and the sunsets spectacular. The breakfast was great and the food served excellent. Secret Beach is just a seven minute walk up the road and is really stunning with restaurants and bars on the beach. A must go to. The bed was the most comfortable of our 4 weeks in Thailand.
There lack of a good swimming beach, however the sand area is well maintained. Unless you have your own transport the location is a little isolated as the road is not that conducive to walking with some drivers attitude towards pedestrians sharing the road.

Ich war mit meinem Mann 5 Tage in diesem Hotel es war nicht wirklich berauschend. Wo fange ich an? Bei Starkregen läuft das Wasser vom Balkon ins Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind extrem Hellhörig. Das Wasser in Dusche und Wasserhahn riecht abgestanden und verursacht Hautreizungen und ist so hart, dass es weh tut auf der Haut. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Das Personal ist unflexibel, sehr langsam und kann ganz schlechtes bis gar kein Englisch bis auf eine junge Dame. Die Liegen am Pool sind zum Teil kaputt und der Pool macht nicht den frischesten Eindruck. Der Fußboden im Zimmer ist sehr rutschig (Achtung) Ein schimmliger, muffiger Geruch wird überdeckt mittels einem Luftbefeuchter. Die Bilder der Zimmer die im Internet zu sehen sind sind sehr veraltet. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Preis Leistung ganz ganz schlecht. Bei 5x Frühstück dass wir hatten, war mein Teller 2 mal beschädigt und ich hatte 2x ein Haar in ihrem Essen. Der Zimmerservice vergisst nach dem reinigen des Zimmers die Türe wieder abzuschließen.

Tienen muchos detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda, como agua y antimosquitos a disposición de los huéspedes, el día de tu llegada te dejan fruta fresca en la nevera y el desayuno es hasta las 17:00. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y descansar, y además cuenta con unas vistas preciosas. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

The rooms are also fantastic, with a superb view towards the water, great balcony that's covered for lounging. One of the best places I stayed at in Thailand. I've already stayed their twice and will be back a third

כמו בשאר הביקורות, המקלחת דורשת קצת שיפוץ.
