Service and the appliances is old .. they give a very petty small flask with a faulty button . The tv was old and we can’t even watch Netflix .. We book a pool villa which is consider top grade room when they don’t even provide a sound bar or speaker for music . When I ask the staff for a lighter , he said the the hotel don’t have lighter for guest and he help me lighted a candle from the hotel and pass to me .. I was thinking what if I needed to lit another candle again ? Am I suppose to call them again just to lit a candle when I can do it with a lighter myself .. the staff give a very low morale vibe when they service customer ..

We were also very happy with the food and drinks. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of.
Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.

She was absolutely brilliant!! We had a small issue with laundry but management addressed it promptly and perfectly. A truly wonderful resort.
There was nothing not to like - everything was perfect!

MarkusViaggio di coppia · Aug 25Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten war sehr schön. Man hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ein reichhaltiges Buffet und wurde in Strandnähe eingenommen, so dass man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wasser hatte.
Die Klimaanlage war ein bisschen zu laut.
