Riepilogo IAOverall very positive experience for most guests — excellent staff, great location and well-kept facilities — offset by occasional amenity failures, noise or access issues for a minority.

Pulizia8,8
Frequently described as clean, tidy and well maintained (rooms, pool area). Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness.
Servizio9,0
Staff repeatedly highlighted as very helpful and friendly; reception staff (especially 'Mim') singled out for excellent, professional service.
Posizione8,7
Location repeatedly praised as excellent and right on/near Bangla Road — perfect for nightlife and central activities, though a few guests noted noise from the street.
Camera8,0
Rooms described as spacious with good showers and in-room jacuzzis in some units; however there are mixed reports (some jacuzzis not working, thin walls, some rooms with pull-out beds).
Servizi7,8
Pool and wellness facilities receive positive mentions, but several guests reported broken/out-of-order amenities (spa, some balcony jacuzzis) which lowered the score.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,2
Perceived as somewhat pricey by multiple guests; one guest noted no price reduction when spa was out of order, contributing to weaker value sentiment.
Cibo e bevande8,3
Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Comfortable

Clean, very helpful staff

We lost WiFi for the last two days. We didn’t notify the staff until the last day as it wasn’t an emergency but would have been nice to have.

Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the wellness facilities were excellent. The location is great, and everything was very well organized. A special thank you goes to the receptionist Mim, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her outstanding customer service made a great impression and contributed significantly to our positive experience. Highly recommended!
