В номерах не открываются окна. С этой проблемой столкнулся второй раз в данном отеле. Пришлось вести длительное переговоры с руководством отеля, заверять их, что мы с женой не курим. И только после этого в виде большого исключения нам открыли окно.
DesmondViaggio in famiglia · Jun 9The hotel has a great outlook and the lobby is impressive. The morning staff do their best to provide excellent service, which I truly appreciate. However, the night shift experience was disappointing. Believe it or not, there's no way to get an extra bottle of drinking water at night—even if you're willing to pay for it. That’s simply unacceptable and quite surprising for a hotel of this standard.
While the hotel has a nice appearance and a welcoming lobby, my overall experience was quite disappointing: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Water pressure on the 4th floor was very weak, making showers frustrating. The night shift staff were not polite or helpful. The “mini suite” was nothing like what was advertised—very misleading. An extra bed costs an additional 900 baht, and with the room rate totaling nearly $120 USD, it simply isn’t worth it. At that price, there are far better options available. I strongly advise against booking the mini suite—it did not meet expectations in any way. Even if I were offered a free stay, I wouldn't choose to return.
