Great room with a luxury design, meal not great

We booked through hotel.com by mobile apps and it seem didn't completed booking as shown the room not available so We booked through other website so finally we got a duplicate booking 6 rooms for 6 people in 1 nights We was checked in so late about 10:00 pm and the booking condition was non refundable so we not bother to contact hotel.com for refund
