Отель расположен очень далеко от пирса и от пляжа. Лучше взять отель подороже, но ближе к морю. Персонал отеля (2 человека) производят внешне ужасное впечатление. Они там и на ресепшене, они же убирают в бунгалах, они же готовят завтрак. Один из них даже на английском языке не понимает. Бассейн в отеле в ужасном состоянии. Заселение очень долгое. Мы пришли в отель в 17 часов, но номера не были предоставлены после регистрации. Эти двое пошли при нас убираться в номерах наших 🤦♀️ , а мы сидели ждали, когда наконец нас заселят. Нас было 6 человек. Такое ощущение было, что в этом отеле вообще кроме нас, никто не живет. Правильно, нечего там делать. На завтрак мы пришли в то время, когда они сказали, но завтрак не был готов. Сотрудник с босыми ногами неряшливого вида пошел готовить завтрак, а нам пришлось сидеть и ждать. Зная какой нас ждёт завтрак (яичница из 2 яиц и 2 кусочка хлеба), мы бы лучше не тратили время на ожидание, а поели бы в кафешке по пути на пляж. Попросили сахар дать к чаю. Ушел за сахаром куда-то, прождали минут 10, но опять зря. Вернулся со словами, что нет сахара. В общем, если решите остановиться в этом отеле, то отдых будет испорчен.
LorenaViaggio in solitaria · May 27It was great to go hiking to the viewpoint with my dog. Sheets were comfortable, AC worked fine. Workers were always available. They provided fresh water bottles after two days.
The hot water didn’t work at first, so it needed fixing. The tab was also leaking. I suppose a small fridge in each room would also be great for comfort.

⚠️ SAFETY CONCERNS – READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ I want to share my experience at this property to help future guests make an informed decision. SAFETY ISSUE 🐒 Upon arriving at our room, we were immediately confronted by wild monkeys. This was not a distant sighting — the animals were directly at our room and posed a real safety risk. This was never mentioned anywhere on the listing, and no warning or guidance was provided by staff. If you are travelling with children or have any concerns about wildlife, please be aware of this before booking. ROOM CONDITION The room looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The actual condition was significantly below what was advertised — the images on the listing are misleading and do not reflect reality. CUSTOMER SERVICE When we raised these issues and requested a cancellation and refund, our concerns were not adequately addressed. I have reported both the safety issue and the misrepresentation to Booking.com formally. I would strongly recommend future guests to review carefully before booking this property. Safety should always come first, and guests deserve accurate information about where they are staying. – A guest who wants others to be informed

O lugar está em clara decadência. Ficamos decepcionados com o abandono: o chão cedeu em um ponto da cama e fizeram apenas um remendo mal acabado. Para piorar, o serviço de quarto não apareceu durante toda a estadia e a TV estava estragada. É inadmissível não ter uma geladeira ou frigobar disponível, considerando as altas temperaturas da ilha. O custo-benefício não vale a pena diante da falta de conservação.
