Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at BT Mansion. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors. The room and bathroom were not clean enough. Most of the staff were unfriendly and seemed bothered even when handing over the keys or showing the room. The only exception was a kind and helpful young man. Overall, the attitude was very rude, especially those woman at reception, and not suitable for a hotel.

La ubicación también es buena, la playa está a 2 cuadras (lamai), la cual es excelente para baño y ver el amanecer!! Pero sí, no es una estancia ideal para una familia con hijos pequeños, porque a la vuelta de la cuadra hay muchos bares y muchos adultos. También la chica de la limpieza un 10/10, de verdad, es demasiado simpática.
La ubicación respecto a los bares, aun así, para mí, como mujer que se hospedó sola, todo bien. La señora de recepción sí es un poco gruñona pero si le hablas bonito a su gatita, se le pasa, además da un servicio de lavandería. Muy bonita y educada su gata!!

How to get into my room i had to twist key on way, then turning the handle and jiggling the door til it eventually opened The water that vanishes often. The problems that are caused by this, like being woken up by angry peo0le with flooded rooms. The dangerous electrics in the bathroom were particularly bad, as was the broken glass on the floor of my bathroom for 4 days. (Cleaned 2 times during that. They found it time 3) The worst however were the rude and abrasive manager. Who just treated you like an idiot. I actually spent more time at other hotels just to be clean
TogzhanViaggio in solitaria · Jun 7The first day of my arrival the lady at the reception was barely saying anything, not even proper greetings. The room is old, but clean. Simply changing the curtains would be already giving a different vibe in the room. Internet connection was not working strong. There is a rooster from the neighbour who would be making noise starting already from midnight sometimes. But worst part was the staff talking super loud early mornings or putting their music. I am on holidays and I wanted to rest whenever I would be feeling it, and those moments were pretty annoying. In the bathroom, there is an open window (vent) opening into the hallway of rhe building, and it makes the soundproofing almost nonexistent. You can hear practically everything what is happening in the building including someone going to the toilet. Check-out is at midday, but there was no one at the reception during that time. So I gave the keys to the cleaning lady who I randomly met. Towels have been changed and water filled up on a everyday basis. The location is great, close to the beach and all the restos. For someone who is saving the money, the place is alright to stay, basic nessecities are provided.
