Arun Residence

Probably the best view of Wat Arun Ratchawararam in all of Bangkok from the private terrace balcony. Otherwise, the room had everything that a branded hotel has. It was very clean and comfortable and private but I with a more rustic feel. There was a selection of restaurants and bars only steps away. It is also a very short walk away from Wat Phra Chetuphon where the Reclining Buddha is. I arrived late and left very early so did not have much contact with any staff. Would highly recommend for the perfect view.

Nothing was wrong with the room but perhaps I would probably only stay one night for the view and then move on elsewhere.

The view of Arun Wat was amazing, especially at night

It was very noisy due to restaurant customers and staff going up and down the wooden stairs right outside the door late at night and early in the morning. The first room has the bedroom upstairs. The stairs do not feel safe and the balustrade around the bedroom area is less than knee height with not much room between the bed on the floor and the balustrade. Quite dangerous.

The room quality was great and the view was beautiful. Staff was helpful, friendly and inviting. Location was decent with some restaurants nearby, Grand Palace and ferry station.

Would be nice to have more bathroom amenities, we were not given hand soap. There was also no shelf in the shower to place our shampoos and so we had to leave them in the floor of the shower.

Le point fort du Arun Residence est sans hésiter son incroyable emplacement. Une vue imprenable sur le splendide Wat Arun rend ce lieu exceptionnel. Nous sommes restés six jours et ne nous sommes jamais lassés d’admirer à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit ce magnifique temple dressé de l’autre côté du fleuve. Le va et vient incessant des bateaux naviguant sur le Chao Phraya offre assurément un spectacle unique et totalement envoûtant. Le Wat Pho se situe de l’autre côté de la rue, en face de l’hôtel et le quai pour attraper les navettes est à deux rues, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Bangkok. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre, calme et la literie très confortable. N’hésitez surtout pas à grimper le soir jusqu’au top roof pour prendre un cocktail au bar Amorosa. Encore un moment magique ! Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à l’Arun Residence et reviendrons y poser nos valises sans l’ombre d’une hésitation.

観光客が多いので夜遅くまで賑やか。 蚊がいるので蚊取り線香を備え付けて欲しい。

Lage super, wir hatten die Arun Suite mit Balkon , Blick direkt auf Wat Arun auch vom Bett aus Restaurant war gut und Tischreservierung 18:00 (Sunset) als Gast unproblematisch Cocktails aus der Bar wurden auf den Balkon gebracht

The room was adequate. Clean. Air conditioning was fine.

Very steep stairs to get into the room. Very noisy area of Bangkok with light shows every night.
