The pool was closed! That was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. They offered the use of a pool in the place next door but that looked like it was still under construction. So no seats, no lounge chairs and no shade! They would not take any furniture over to the pool. The afternoon we arrived we were told the resturant was closed and no room service as they had a convention in. After asking where could we get some food she agreed to ask the chef to cook up some fried rice. The smell of sewerage outside our room was just awful. They offered to change rooms for us but by that time we were over it. Stayed 1 night instead of 5. Don't stay here.

โรงแรมเก่ามาก อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย มีน้อยมาก สระว่ายน้ำกระเบื้องพื้นหลุดเยอะมาก ทำให้กระเบื้องบาดขา ยาสระผมลืมให้มาในห้อง แอร์น้ำรั่วไหลมาที่พื้น อยากให้ปรับปรุงมากๆ เพราะทำเลดี วิวสวย เสียดายแทน

The shower is not fixed so have to hold it when getting to use,always seems to be empty and only saw one couple ,it’s like being at a empty resort
RuchadaphonViaggio in solitaria · May 24The atmosphere was wonderful, the sea view was beautiful, and the room was comfortable. The room was also very clean. The staff were enthusiastic and eager to provide excellent service.
However, one area that should be improved is the condition of the elevator, as it seemed not fully functional or fully completed for use.Room No. C2212 — the doorbell outside the room may need to be repaired.
